The ambition to lead as a general contractor began at age sixteen for Eclectic Development's CEO, eventually finding its professional anchor in the finance and accounting halls of Georgia Southern University. This dual perspective—one of construction discipline and the other of fiscal strategy—was refined through the delivery of high-stakes government contracts requiring absolute compliance and cost control. We now bring this full-circle to rural Georgia, where we apply a developer’s model and a builder’s grit to turn raw land into structured opportunity.
